Beachside caravan, Family-friendly, WiFi

Was not 6 berths. One double bed in single room. Settee. Half the caravan locked off. By owner. Had a replacement caravan. Better but only spent one night in it. Went to another site. Because of.

Lovely Owners, Right near main gates, comfy all inside and everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay will be returning 😊

Absolutely nothing , it was filthy!!!

Along side the owner Simon been there inappropriately till 10pm when we arrived with half the caravan emptied onto the veranda and grass and inside the property with doors wide open so was freezing cold when I arrived with my 10 year old son and 4 week old baby with no beds it was absolutely filthy The smell was disgusting, the smell from the hoover was so bad we couldn’t continue to use it. Pubic hair in the cutlery draw nothing to clean with no bin bags no tea towels no sponges clothes to wash pots no cleaning products , the bed under the seats in the living room the matress was stained and disgusting Boiler was leaking A stale coffee in microwave Absolutely nothing nice to say , I’ve asked for a refund for only Friday my birthday it wasn’t as check in is 4pm and owner Simon was there till 10pm emptying the caravan and they have chosen to give me the run around and ask me to forward pictures which I have to two different email addresses and been ignored they haven’t even got the decency to refund us one night for his inappropriate behaviour ! With the filth we deserved a full refund but they can’t be reasonable to only refund a 1/3 of the stay Honestly it’s bad I can only upload 4 photos if I could more I would upload the lot! So upset and disappointed My birthday was ruined my my children’s get away also!

Great location

There’s a lot of work that needs doing to this van. The boiler was leaking, pilot light kept going out, we only had access to 1 door as the other was padlocked, and 1 door we did have access to, the frame was broke and the hinge had dropped.

Great location, short walk to fantasy island and the attractions. Short drive to Skegness. Simon was very accommodating and welcoming. Caravan was comfortable and very close to the beach.
