This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform The Edinburgh Address - Drumsheugh Gardens in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the lead guest must be over 25 years. Please note that names and ages of all guests must be provided to the property, as well as a proof of address and an ID for the lead guest. This is required within 2 days after booking. The guests must agree to The Edinburgh Address terms and conditions. Please inform The Edinburgh Address appointed Property Manager in advance of your expected arrival time. Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and process a £250 deposit or £35 damage waiver. The damage deposit payment will incur a £10 fee. This superhog verification must be completed two weeks prior to check-in.
