The location wasn’t too bad near Queens Avenue shops, bars and restaurants.

The entrance area for two females felt extremely uncomfortable and we didn’t want to leave the property after dark.

Very quiet location, with a comfortable bed.

Insufficient storage. Only 1 hanger provided, No drawers or chest, no bed storage. Furniture quality was of a low standard.

Wasn’t clean, no windows. Expensive for what you get.

I got the groundfloor studio, had problems with the heating which was sorted out promptly. Had everything I could need for a weeks stay, was clean. If they would've put a small adjustable table to go with the single sofa I would've been able to stay more but without its difficult to work. Location is excellent, 10 mins walk to Uni and you have all amenities with in walking distance.

The leak in wall needs sorting but the place didn't feel damp. Sometimes I had to open the door since the only window in the room is sealed.
