Fantastic flat in the heart of the town. Lovely furnishings and very comfy beds. Lovely and cosy when we were there at New Year. Would definitely book again

Great Location and nice roomy apartment. Has everything you need.

I think you need to tell guests that this apartment is up 4 flights of stairs my partner struggled after a recent Heart Attack.. We struggled to keep the apartment warm. We found a dirty tea towel behind a cushion on the armchair! We were asked to strip any beds we used which we did and place them in a laundry bag which was provided? We searched high and low for it to no avail.

The entrance hall is dirty, run down an unwelcoming. Nearly turned round without even seeing the flat! No heating on when we arrived and it was cold.

There is a pleasant view of the town.

The owner failed to send checkin information, or any clear instructions on the location of the property which in fact has a different name to the one it is advertised under. This resulted in a lengthy wait in appalling weather conditions, soaking rain. After an unsatisfactory phone call, the checkin instructions were eventually received by email, but once again they were unclear as the key box is not labelled, and furthermore it barely functions. Rain water was penetrating the living room through the bay window. The owner also failed to give any parking information. Totally miserable experience. Three flights of stairs, no lift, minimal security.
