"Very comfortable home away from home."

Close to the seafront, within walking distance of the conference venue. The property was clean with all I needed for a business stay. Was very pleased to find a full-sized ironing board. The fact it had a bath was definitely a PLUS. Clean and comfortable with private inclusive parking.

Not peculiar to the property but a general Brighton PHENOMENON. When I last lived here I had the impression that there were a preponderance of 'Shylock-like' Landlords in Brighton. > Ten years later it appears NOTHING has changed? The conference I attended was due to finish at 4pm on a Saturday. Which meant I needed to leave my car somewhere. Asked the property if they could permit an extension in the car park for 4 hours (i.e. from official check out to when the conference would end). Was told it would cost 25 POUNDS. Despite me haven been a guest in the property for 3 days. Maybe Shakespeare should not have bothered writing about the Merchant of Venice. The Merchant(s) of Brighton would have been just as apt!

Great location and good size of rooms. Parking was a bonus.

Needed a deep clean and attention. Provisions adequate but with a bit of effort this place could be really great

clean appartment in very good location.

I wouldn't advertise for more than 2 people as sleeping on unfolded couch was uncomfortable for my mom.
