The flat was centrally located, it was clean and good for the price. The host was very helpful and accommodating, I was able to check in early to fit around my plans. The property instructions were clear, and the communication from the host was excellent. I would definitely be staying here again.

"Good for a short visit, especially if travelling with a dog"

Parking to the rear of the property (once you found it the first time) was very convenient and a real bonus. Dog friendly and an easy walk to parks, the university and the beach. Clean and pleasant decor. Convenient to nightlife in Uplands. Shower very good. Michelle very friendly and quick to respond. Nice quiet safe area. Patio outside is pleasant (weather permitting).

Spare bed not the most comfortable. Could have benefitted with extra blankets, though I'm sure Michelle would have provided these if we requested them. Kitchenette was a bit small and basic, though sufficient for light meals and snacks. Seaview is technically correct, though better to lower your expectations and be pleasantly surprised than to build your hopes up.
