Would have appreciated “ starter pack” to provide quick instructions to work the heating and tv - for those of us who are not so computer savvy!

Location was very good for us. Easy to walk into the Ferry main streets and down to the river front. Loads of space for just the two of us.

Some of the kitchen facilities weren't great; the wine glasses were very flimsy and felt too fragile to use. Also there was no knife block. We didn't get a response in time for our request for a delayed check out. It arrived after we had left at the official time. Don't know if the emails were monitored over the weekend.
