Perfect location to explore Dartmouth and surrounding places, apartment very clean, spacious, lovley decorated, beds very comfortable. The kitchen equipped very well, with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave. Parking spot for one car. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was dated and in need of modernisation and some TLC.

Property was ideally located right in the middle of town.

Perfect for our requirements

The apartment is spacious, clean, a really good sized bathroom and very comfortable beds, in two large rooms with more than enough storage space. The layout really works and the kitchen has enough space/worktops to suffice. Location wise, everything you need is a short walk away and it's quiet.

If you spend enough time looking, you will always find something to moan about, however for us it was simply the parking space. Being located as it is means you have to get really close to the wall on one side of your vehicle, which does feel awkward. But at least it does come with a parking space.
