Compact and modern peaceful location

There was nothing not to like. It was just as advertised

Self catering it was fine all you needed in the kitchen area.The bed was large and very comfy and nice shower. The place was very clean. Little welcome note and biscuits nice touch.

It was a little small. There was a tv in the bedroom and one in the kitchen/sitting area. But both tv's poor reception. (Only BBC 1) the first room you walked into from the front door area was the bedroom felt like a hotel room. The bedroom was once a flat roof garage felt a little cold and could hear the rain beating on the roof in the night. No way of drying towels once you had showered.

A very comfortable and cute property for two people. It was nice to be able to sit outside and a handy porch for messy shoes and coats.

We loved everything. It was a perfect stay. We have re-booked. Highly recommended. A little gem 💎

There was nothing to dislike

It was very welcoming and comfortable and in a great location to explore north Norfolk.

It was great- we cannot think of anything that needed improving.

Spotlessly clean! Everything we needed. Owners just next door and very efficient if you need anything but they leave you alone.

Lovely location but a little remote but not far from main areas. Some issues with wi fi/ TV reception. Heating pre set, a little chilly one eve when watching TV till late but did have 2 little plug in heaters. Then heating on in the morning and too warm for me personally. Little draining board but not a real issue.

The location is amazing, one can count on a peaceful and comfortable time in a countryside setting. For its small size, the layout is still convenient and has just enough room to move around. I can imagine that staying with a dog would be a bit of a challenge though. The facilities are satisfactory, the rooms were a bit cold, but 2 portable heaters are provided. There is everything one needs for cooking and cleaning. The hosts left a lovely card and there were some tips on making the stay comfortable hanging around the accommodation. We were very pleased with our stay at Little Owl and are grateful to the hosts for their hospiltality.

We didn't have an issue, but the size of the acommodation is obviously small and should be kept in mind upon booking. Didn't manage to turn on the hot water in the sink.

Ideal location for exploring the lovely Norfolk area

Compact but perfectly well equipped. Very quiet village location as described.
