Heating was not efficient and I was very cold . The light in the toilet was flashing all the time and clearly needs attention. I had early starts and quite late finishes so did not have time to contact anyone about the problem.

Where to start? Beautiful apartment in what felt like a really nice, upperclass area of Harrogate in a really nice apartment complex! Own private parking spot, a nice patio’d area out the front of the apartment & round the back. You walk into the apartment & you’re greeted with a stunning kitchen, dining & living area, really just oozes class & looks the part. All the facilities you could need, we stopped for 3 nights & found ourselves missing nothing. We even got complementary water, milk, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, tea, sugar etc. automatic lights in the bathrooms & corridors for at night, both bathrooms presented lovely, one with a bath the other with a shower, but really modern. Both the bedrooms were fantastic, we obviously only used one (the one with the smart TV & on-suite) the beds were exceptionally comfortable, big glass window & door to look out of. We really cannot fault the stay much, we absolutely loved it & would absolutely stop again or recommend to anyone. Perfect getaway in Harrogate located in a great place, with exceptional choices for drinks & food & shopping. The hosts were also great, Joe was great to deal with via Booking.com & Shane made contact throughout to make sure everything was okay, both were very accommodating!

We did struggle to find the apartment at first, I’d read comments like this & backed myself that it would be easy but it was a bit of a challenge, what I will say is look for the premier inn & it’s almost directly across the road into a parking garage, drive through the parking garage & apartment 2’s parking spot is straight forward, right in the far corner, as we also struggled to find the parking spot with it being dark. I’ve sat on comfier sofa’s, the hard backs aren’t great, but that wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. Once we found, parked & were in the apartment, it was pretty much a perfect staycation!

A bit tricky to find at first Car parking space is a bit awkward

The location was perfect, located on the doorstep of the conference centre, close to near by restaurants and shops.

It would have been nice to have some additional toiletries rather than just hand soap in the bathroom. The shower drain in the en-suite was a little smelly.

Very clean, well designed. Everything you would need was available, excellent quality and well designed. Quiet location with good parking too.

The seating should have been more comfortable as only a 2 seater settee, 1 chair and a rocking chair which wasn’t really comfortable, it would have been better with 2 x 2 seater settees.
