Very clean modern apartment, easy walking distance to town centre. Bathrooms were very good, plenty of hot water and good pressure for the shower. Especially appreciated the heated towel rails and underfloor heating and the motion detector lights in the bathrooms at night. Would certainly recommend and stay here again when we visit Harrogate.

The main lights in the kitchen area didn't work, but this wasn't a major problem. Would have appreciated larger duvets for the beds.

Nothing, although the description of the location of the flat in the complex could be clearer. We arrived in the dark in heavy rain and struggled to find the flat. The host had however texted me in the morning, so we were able to make contact and were assisted immediately.

Location close to centre with lots of shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Free reserved parking close to entrance Well-equipped, warm and quiet Professionally prepared guide and file of instructions for all the appliances. Nice welcoming touches like Christmas decorations, pint of milk in fridge and chocolates in hall. Good wifi and TVs

Two minor points:- I thought the shower screen was too narrow to stop water spraying across bathroom. My wife thought the light switches were confusing.

An excellent flat at a perfect location for central Harrogate. Car parking good too. My only suggestion, not a criticism, is that it would have been helpful to have more cups and glasses as we seemed to be constantly washing these up!
