Kew Gardens retreat

Parking, easy access from M4

The apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and provided a very 'homey' feeling. Lina the host was very helpful and provided very clear information in regards to the apartment, car parking, and collecting the key. We very much appreciated that the hosts had prepared a travel cot for our 1 year old child and that they also had a high chair. The location was perfect, just outside central London enough to not be too busy, but also close enough to easily travel into the city.

Honestly can't think of anything we did not like.

The apartment has been perfect: comfortable, clean, full equip, ... The area is quiet, sure, beautifull with all public transport around. Thanks .

No Air conditioner

They worked together with us to make sure we were able to check in after the checking hours, which was amazing. And there was a private parking spot we could use!

Location had a good bus service to Kew gardens (and a Sainsbury's about 10 minute walk away.) Pleasant area with trees and the river nearby. Information given and questions answered immediately by phone. I think for a stay in Brentwood/Richmond area it is very good value for such a luxurious modern and clean accommodation. We wanted to stay longer!

There was no warning on Booking.com site that we would need to collect the keys and then drop them off again at a grocery store almost half a mile away. Without google maps help which not everyone has access to, I don't know how easy it would have been to locate. Most of the day and into the night there is an aeroplane passing close by every 45 seconds; it's on one or two flight paths.The sink plug did not function properly in the bathroom. No face to face connection to a receptionist or information.
