The Shady Corner, Flat 2, 16 Sandy Lane

Patrick, host was very attentive. The location, near the train station, and bus station near High St shops. Gentle amble to beach. We stayed hottest heatwave time of year, being an older building, rooms bigger, was nice and cool & shady.

Nice place,like in home,close to shops and beach.Plenty of dvd and books for evenings.

Comfy bed, lots of TV choices. Kitchen has everything required, including washer/dryer. Lovely dining room. Nice big rooms. A stone's throw from train station. All in all, a lovely place to stay.

Although tastefully decorated, too many nick knacks around making certain areas look cluttered, including lots of thank you cards, which could probably be kept neatly together in a folder. Lots of part used shower washes, shampoos etc in shower which I don't feel appealing. Dark coloured towels.

Fantastic location on a quiet road Welcoming and friendly host Home from home! Excellent facilities - exceeded expectations
