The location. The view upstairs. The kitchen and cooking needs were well stocked. The linens were good. Beds average. Not complaining about the washer (listed):and dryer (not listed) - just be aware that it is a small combo unit and takes a long time to wash and dry.

Needs updates. The bathtub was dirty. There was only one shower/tub - on the main floor. Frosted bathroom window only - right on the street. No window covering. Weird to have to pull the garbage bins to the street through the house! Couldn't get any fresh air in the main floor bedroom - right on the street. The kitchen table was sticky (uncured varnish). It really didn't seem like most of the radiators worked (yes, we know how to use them). The

Beautiful location and so much to do in the East Neuk of Fife. The accommodation was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the views out across the water were fantastic.

The garden was unfortunately not something that we were able to use because the neighbours dog kept jumping over the wall into it. My young children were too scared to go out and play in the garden. Furthermore the dog defecated multiple times in the garden and it was not cleaned up by the owner. Cleanliness was an issue inside the property too. I found a dirty oily tray in the bottom of the oven, a bin full of tissues in the wardrobe and the windows were hard to see out of because of the thick layer of dirt on them. Also the toilet brush was filthy and needs replacing.

Right on the harbour, cozy and comfortable. Easy parking right outside.

Lovely garden. Location. Comfortable. Clean and tidy on arrival.

Exterior paintwork/windows/secondary glazing require robust attention. Back yard looking very tired and scruffy. Dirty rear windows. Blind needed in bathroom.

Great position great value Parking opposite property always available good to have an excellent outdoor and dog secure garden . Very well equipped

Nothing of any consequence would not be good for anyone either mobility issues tho . I booked a property on Booking . Com which took dogs but booking . Com did not take the extra charge into account when booked and had to pay and advise owners seperately

Lovely airy feel, decorated well. Everything you would need at the cottage. I think maybe just been renovated as there were wee things missing. The big one for me was a blind in the shower room on the ground floor. I absolutely loved being here in the top bedroom, we opened the window and fell asleep to the waves every night/the best night sleep ever! The garden is lovely but I think for older people staying a handle/banister up the garden steps would be helpful.
