Beautiful Flat Town Centre 55 inch Smart TV + Netflix

Extremely clean. Easy to find. Comfortable bed.

Located in the central part of Andover. Parking in public car park across the road. Can pay in the evening for the next day so you cont have to get out of bed early when the parking charges start. Kitchen facilities excellent with tea, coffee, sugar and most basics except milk. Even left two small bottles of mineral water. All facilities worked fine. Sofa wasn't particularly comfortable but I think it may turn into a bed so maybe that is why. I found the bee comfortable but it was two beds put together with a large foam topper. The topper was a bit odd; haven't seen anything like that in previous accommodation. Electric heating which you can adjust and as it was cold when I was there I put the large towel rail on the shower room on as well. Worked well for me visiting friends who live near the centre of Andover for New Year. Price was good for location and facilities.

Sofa wasn't very comfortable and the topper on the bed.

Location Layout and space

The mattress is too soft / old There is no water pressure in the shower and the temperature is either too hot or too cold. The TV doesn’t work.

Modern and well equipped.

The sofa bed was a bit hard but the main bed was very comfortable.

The Apt. location in town and the items provided to renters were great.
