Absolutely stunning accommodation in good location at low town. Everything was outstanding and comfy. Would definitely stay again. Ashley was very helpful throughout the booking process and responded very quickly to messages.

Nice room and location

We arrived around 4:30 and we couldn’t get in the room as they gave us the incorrect code. We tried ringing the number they provided and couldn’t get through.. 5 times on mine and again on my partners phone. We left messages, voicemails, no answer. We had a meal booked for 6 so we had to leave with our suitcases and the clothes we travelled in.. whilst out for the meal eventually rang back and provided the correct code. We had to pay an extra £100 cleaning deposit which was stated we would get back after room inspection, but 2 days later had to chase them up for it.. hoping they would reply. They replied we wouldn’t be able to have all of our deposit back despite the room being how left it when we arrived. There was also no apology for the inconvenience caused on arrival.

This is a quirky apartment with interesting detailing. Location was great for what we needed. Bed was really comfortable and towels super-soft. I know Bridgnorth well so knew that the apartment was located in Low Town. High Town is a walk up either a steep road (Cartway) or Soneway Steps as the Cliff Railway is currently out of action.

Sound from the nearby Ridleys bar travels to the apartment. The host has thoughtfully provided earplugs. We didn't use them though, we embraced the music and had a great time at the very friendly bar.
