It was like home from home so comfortable and clean. Karen had thought of everything. Very quiet but only about 8 minutes from the sea front and town.Would definitely return.

"A beautiful apartment with garden and everything we needed and more."

Everything about the property was perfect for us and the owners were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed which was great as not many places in Seaton were open for evening meals.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

"A very enjoyable week's stay in excellent accommodation."

The property was well equipped, very clean and in a good location for the beach, shops & coastal walking. It also had plenty of car parking space. After my arrival the owners came to check that everything was fine for me.

The apartment is beautifully maintained, comfortable, clean and homely with a touch of luxury. Everything we needed was provided and Karen, the host, was always available if we needed help with anything. She had left some scones, cream and jam for us as a welcome gift, fresh flowers and her attention to detail is wonderful. The location is just minutes from the town and seafront so an ideal position. This was our second visit to Fring House apartment and I'm sure we will be returning in the future.

We were self catering and the appartment was walking distance to the town and seafront. We were near bus stops. The property had a garden you could sit in.

"A fantastic place!"

The place was absolutely gorgeous inside. Each room had a good amount of space and the property was spotless. It is also in a great location, only a 10 minute walk away from the beach and shops. Karen is a lovely host. The garden is beautiful too.

The only small niggle I would have, is the WiFi could be better. It was only working in the living room, but this wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

Everything! Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable, immaculate. Well equipped, with everything we could possibly want. Lovely location close to town and sea front. Couldn't fault anything.
