Vikings Two Bedroom Apartment With Free Parking.

The location was within walking distance of major attractions.

We had to wait outside as the keys were not there in the box outside the apartment. Then when we called, we came to know that the apartment has been switched with another party. We have nothing against the other customers because they were given our apartment. The apartment was then given to us in a used condition (even though the customers claimed that it had not been used much). The apartment felt and looked like used and that just put us off. The caretaker said that the cleaning could only be done the next morning so we had to make do with whatever was given.

worst nights sleep due to a horrendous mattress, could fee every spring!!!! no working TV as advertised, they sent someone straight away to have a look and fix it but the DID not fix it..so when my Mum couldn’t sleep she couldn’t even watch TV!

Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Dirty grout and black mould on sealant.

Dirty tea towels left, no clean ones to replace Showers were Luke warm or cold Wi-Fi terrible on TV, pixels were constantly fractured. No toilet paper left enough for four people No instructions for heating Curtains not hung well

location was brilliant close enough to walk from the train station and into the city centre

The bathrooms could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to provide a dishcloth and wAshing up liquid/ disinfectant spray for the kitchen. There was no plug in the kitchen sink making it difficult to wash up the property is marketed for 5 people and indeed there were 5 beds but only 4 chairs at the dinning room table, 4 sets of crockery/glasses and only a 3 seater settee and armchair. luckily one of our party didn’t come or it would have been very awkward. We specifically asked if there was a coffee maker and told it was a Nespresso so we bought appropriate pods with us, only to find it was a dolce gusto. we went out to buy the correct pods only to find the machine leaked terrible when we tried to use it

Good location short walk to city centre .

In need of a deep clean, bathrooms had grime and mould all around taps and screen. Kitchen facilities were poor and there was a used smelly pot towel in the kitchen. Parking very tight to the point my boot hit the pipework above it. Remote for the TV didn't work and the TV just kept flickering off/on

Being tourists booking this apartment it would be good if you furnish the apartment with a new dish cloth, sponge and shower gel because it is a problem looking for a supermarket to get all that. It does not cost much at all. Cutlery insufficient for 4 people
