Location

Lots of things looking worn/tired Toilet door handle is broken therefore got locked in loo Bedding worn and cheap Iron broken and leaked water everywhere Drain like smell kept appearing Microwave rusty and looked awful so we didn’t use it . Doors don’t shut properly Shower head in bathroom was dirty so we cleaned it before using For the money we paid would have expected better quality and maybe a welcome pack of some sort .

Location couldn’t have been better, facilities and cleanliness very good.

Lighting in the main bedroom I kept hitting my head as it was quite low and I am only 5.8
