Location, right on the sea coast. Modern appliances, super comfortable bed.

Serious doubts about the structural integrity of the room. On the first floor, floor from beach overlook windows to living/kitchen area sags; we could feel the wind come through the baseboards near that transition. Heating was inadequate; likely due to air seepage near kitchen.

Excellently situated right on the north coast with stunning views of the sea, the room was really big, comfortable, high end, and had everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. Great stop on the NC500.

You have to take your rubbish out when you check out and I couldn’t find the bins which were supposed to be right outside
