Stunning location Large rooms

The location was great for visiting attractions in the area- our main purpose was to go to Highclere Castle which was very close. The property itself is in lovely farm land with great views, so quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife. The flats were modern, and plenty of space for our children with lots of games and toys which they enjoyed playing with.

The bathrooms needed a deep clean. The toilets were particularly dirty and clearly hadn't had a proper clean in a long time. This really let the place down especially as previous reviews described it as spotless, but it was obviously just skim cleaned.

The location is great , easy access to High Clere House. Lovely countryside . Spacious property with a wood burner in the lounge and under floor heating . Great deep bath to soak in.

Cleanliness , oven could do with a good clean . More care taken with dusting. Being asked to vacuum , strip all beds, wash up and put away all crockery etc and taking all rubbish to bins a kilometre down the road . Not my idea of paying to stay in a property . TV is small if you’re wanting to enjoy a cosy night in .

Amazing location and a massive amount of space. All on one level, which was required for one guest who used a walking frame, so even though it is not listed as accessible we had no issues at all. Well equipped and other than a couple of cobwebs very clean.

Some noise travel from the apartment above from them moving around, could be they were heavy-footed. Wasn't an issue in the early morning or at night so it did not disturb our sleep. TV in the living room is slightly too small considering the size of the room. No lighting above the dining table so it was a little too dark to play games in the evenings.

Lovely quiet location.

I’d stayed here with a friend in March so knew the facilities & location would be perfect for my elderly parents. Who both enjoyed their stay & facilities. Thank you Emilie

Was peaceful ,loads of wildlife around Clean ,warm ,very high standard accommodation,would recommend Why would you book a hotel Only 20 mins from Basingstoke
