Vale View Apartment, Prestatyn - a stylish town centre flat for couples, solos, contractors and dogs, just a 5 min walk to beach!

Location is great 👍, the train station, shops , retail park all in walking distance. Beach is also in walking distance .... lovely clean beach , kids play park , ice cream parlour, kids soft play , arcade and swimming baths are all by the beach. We got a 30 min train to Llandudno which was really easy to do, and Llandudno was lovely.

The pub downstairs 🙈 🫤 it was a mid- week night (Tuesday) and the karaoke was blaring till midnight (its loud) .... the karaoke was switched off, and i thought "oh that's it, great i can sleep now" ...... Nope I think most of the pub then came outside to the beer garden which is unfortunately below the bedroom window 😢 and the noise continued till after 1am (01:20 to be exact) shouting , swearing , talking loudly, singing .... the weather had been nice that day, but there was no chance we could have the bedroom window open , therefore the room was really warm. There are houses close by (opposite) i dont know how the pub gets away with that level of noise midweek !!

Lovely apartment, ideal base for exploring the area. Has absolutely everything you need. Very clean and welcoming

The bar right under the bedroom window has loud music until the early hours. Window closed, fan on anc earplugs in and could still hear. Some parts of the apartment dated and needing attention, but did not detract from the experience

Location on the top floor and the stairs I’ve xxxxx a bad knee lift sorted it though. Also pub downstairs was a little noisy but not until too late
