Amazing property, the apartment has been presented to a very high standard, communication oan access,key collection etc. Was fantastic.

A £200 deposit was required

The location and the facilities in the apartment. They had all the essentials that we need. The dishwasher was amazing, we didn’t have to worry to do the dishes. The bathroom as well is very clean. The owner as well is very kind; he responds to any queries or requests right away, very supportive.

Although the apartment was clean, it was really dusty. Also the washing machine was dirty. However, after raising the issue with the owner, he acted immediately and provided a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine cleaner.

Very secure, felt very safe. Short walk to station. Secure car parking

Better instructions on finding car park space would be useful, found with assistance of concierge - which turning to come off road and then go underground etc

The location was excellent for what we wanted, close to Tesco and the train station for trains to London to see the sights. It was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the onsite gym was excellent for a pressure release! The hosts were very communicative, and made everything easy for us. They had thought of everything, and we didn't need anything extra. 🙂

Amazing hosts, easy to get hold of and really quick to respond. Great explanatory video on how to find and access the property. Comfy bed. Easy to warm up and keep the property warm. Cleaning products available. Nice decoration. Oven, fridge and bathroom clean having an allocated parking space was helpful.

Bit low on cooking equipment eg baking trays. Dishwasher wasn’t working so drawers with utensils in were a bit unclean and so was the crockery and utensils. The washing machine needs a good clean too.
