Great set up. Hosts suitably attentive. Easy to access. Clean, warm, and comfortable

Mablethorpe in winter is an acquired taste. It's a bit sad and several spaces could do with some paint. But that really has nothing much to do with the Ivydene, which was lovely

Liked everything & our hosts were fantastic people,went over & above for us & would stay at ivydene again with no hesitation.

Loved everything about the place.Our hosts were lovely people & our cottage was well equipped with everything we could have possibly needed & more. Thankyou sue & graham xx

Absolute lovely well equipped cottage. Settled as of it was home as everything we needed was there.Our dog settled quickly also,with a lovely enclosed area .Very clean & owners are very welcoming. Would definitely return. 5☆ from us.
