GBSuper clean accommodation set in lovely gardens, with sun loungers, table and chairs and a BBQ. Comfy bed, great shower, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need, including milk, tea and coffee. Andy the host was great. I would definitely recommend.

GBThe location was perfect for visiting family and the owners were lovely. As returning it guests, the stay was as good as the last time. The little carton of milk and complimentary coffees were ideal after our long journey down from Scotland.
AUGBBeautiful little annexe/cottage wonderfully furnished, very clean and comfortable with a great shower ( i do love a good shower ) had everything you could possibly want along with the garden to use and garden furniture, lovely little gem in heart of Devonshire countryside. Gwyneth and Andrew both very friendly and helpful. We hope to return, thank you for a lovely stay!

Cooker could have been cleaner - grill pan. Window frames getting slightly mouldy but not significant. Farm sign could be more prominent. Shower floor beginning to show wear. .... nothing major though

it was a little hard to find the property at first as the sign is quite small and Sat Nav takes you further down the road.
