"Wouldn't hesitate to book here agin."

Everything we needed for our over night stop & if we ever need to be near to Brean or Weston again for a holiday we WILL stay here again. Very safe, very quiet but within minutes of the resorts. (bus stop 1 minute walk has bus right into Weston. Lovely soft beds in both rooms & TV in each room. Also one of the best parts was off street parking on the drive. (We have had problems in the past because of our French plated car, so we always look for secure parking). The owner contacted us by phone, around 30 minutes of booking, giving us lots of information. For price, location, security & quiet I would highly recommend this property.

Not a critic, just a suggestion. Bed side lamps for us readers whose partners wish to sleep. Nothing else.

We had everything we needed. It was very welcoming and good value for money. Very close to the beach. Owners available by phone if any problems.
