Location was great. Hosts very accommodating and each to communicate with.

Found beds uncomfortable. Decor was not to my taste

Location is perfect…a few yards from the sea front. Apartment very Clean…and Parking easy.

As the Lounge is upstairs…the apartment would benefit from a ‘fold down’ table in the kitchen for meals….this would avoid potential issues carrying food and and cutlery up and downstairs.

Spacious place, well equipped kitchen. Great location, good value.

Photographs are not up to date. A lot of the furniture isn’t what is photographed, the bed, the sofas, and the outdoor furniture- which is also shown in a different outside area to the property.

Accomodation was excellent, very clean, modern and welcoming. Location was okay, lovely surroundings for walking. There was a lovely local welcoming pub and a cafe. The accommodation had all you needed. Would be a good spot to use as a base to explore other parts of Devon.

I thought I was staying in Beesands itself, but I wasn't, I was in the next village over in Torcross, so was a little disappointed. The bed for me was too hard, had difficulty sleeping and in fact decided to leave a night early, rather than sleep on it again. I also felt that it was quite expensive for a single person, for the time of year and the fact that there were no other amenities around - as in no local shop (I did find a sign for a village shop on the way out - on the way home)Not so good if you don't want to have to drive somewhere.

Clean quiet comfortable and just yards from the beach

Not somewhere you would choose to sit outside. No sea view basically sitting on path past my door to other units

The property was very clean and in a good location near the beach.

No shaver point in the bathroom. Very little sea view.

The location was excellent, lots of walks and long beaches to explore. Great base to explore surrounding towns and villages. Owners were very helpful, from dealing with maintenance issues but also following an unexpected trip to A&E our dog was unsettled in the apartment on her own. One of the owners came to check on her and gave her some biscuits to calm her down which we thought was very kind, and was they were understanding of our situation.

It was a little tricky to collect the keys, it turned out we had to pay a £100 deposit before keys were issued but we missed the email! Got sorted in the end but was a stressful start. We had issues with the kitchen drains but the owner came over right away and fixed. We thought that the garden area was private (we have a dog) but it was shared with other guests so she didn't have as much freedom.
