Property location was nice.

The property was in nearer location to nearby visit areas however, the bed sheets were not clean after used previously and it was smelling so bad that we couldn’t sleep properly. We didn’t complain at that time as we were busy travelling. Aneway please don’t repeat this actions with other guests as it is not nice and fair at all.

Plenty of room, everything you need provided, private parking.

There is a lot to write. Its dirty. Its stinks of pee at the stairs. It is very2 dirty. Your socks turn black by stepping on the floors. The pillow the beds is so old need changing. The kitchen is oily Overall is in a very bad condition. The heating was not on. I called and WA no reply. It was 2 in Edinburgh that time. We booked thru website for 4 nights but i have requested for another night which i pay the property directly. I was promised that they will amend the booking for me. We checked out the same night. I msg them so many time via WA and emails. NO RESPONCE AT ALL. What is more disappointing is how did booking.com even let this kind of property on the market since at the reviews that was written. After 2 weeks this problem still hanging. Still no response from them or booking.com

Good location for the work site we were attending, good central heating system as was cold when staying.

Booking.com pictures didnt really reflect the actual property, poor shower flow rate

It was value for money and location good for links to Edinburgh

It could do with some paint, as the paper lining loose in places. The oven door wouldn’t shut properly, a couple of bits in the cleaning wasn’t great, just found I bit of muck behind the bedroom door, and the remote controls for the TV didn’t work. Although none of this affected our stay. Just thought you should be aware.
