Car parking

Not hot water,that’s wasn’t superkings bed just 2 single beds ,the apartment was on the 3rd floor not second floor how you said,the lift wasn’t working

Dated , carpet frayed in parts and settee.Heating outdated and not working in one of the bedrooms. Lift not working and is definitely not suitable for people with mobility issues. Host should inform potential guests of this. Bathroom has old mixer taps shower inside a deep bath. Difficult to climb in and out. Scaffolding up outside the lounge/dining area windows constant noise 8.30 to 3.30. Host should inform potential guests..Beds are all single and we requested king size as advertised.

A 2 bedroom flat in a central location with all the essentials available. Parking availiable.

-I was quite literally spammed with emails from the host prior to the arrival. I was asked to share personal identification which is fairly unusual. -Very complex and convoluted way of getting into the property (via underground parking)

Clean! Spacious

Lifts were broken and need to enter through garage. We had 3 suitcases so it was hard to get up to the flat, but worth the stay

The secure parking. Only 25 min drive from Paulton’s Park.

It took 4 attempts to pay the £150 deposit online, which wasn’t mentioned at the point of booking, but which was necessary to get the access info to the property. I was concerned that it was a scam as I had to put in my card details repeatedly. Eventually I phoned up the agent and he was helpful and assured me that this was “normal” and they had some issues of this kind and I should just try again. Finally it worked, but it was stressful and took a lot of time. The property was supposed to be non-smoking, but there was a strong smell of smoke in the living area. My kid dropped her toy dog on the damp floor of the bathroom near the toilet and the toy smelt unmistakably of urine afterwards. The shower curtain fell off the wall mid-shower.

Brilliant location for city centre, free parking makes it easy, host supplies brilliant instructions for accessing the building. Perfect for mates having a weekend away. Met all expectations.
