Coastal Home with Parking, Fast WiFi & Near Beach

Accommodation was great. Unfortunately family next door arguing with foul language very loudly in the evening for some time spoilt the experience though I understand this is outside the host's control

The towels and linen were clean.

Lack of clarity on what was available with regards TV. The cooker didn't work and no instructions. No instructions re TV. Over marketing on coffee and biscuits, made it sound like Cornish cookies, and fresh milk rather than UHT and biscoff. I think the place is a bit damp and painted over. The curtains and blinds are marked in places. We could hear next door. I expect they could hear us. I don't believe it was user error with the cooker, believe me we understood the unlocking button and we gave it a good amount of time before we decamped and ate out which by then was very late. You asked for our email so you could communicate with us, and then you said, sorry, tough.

Well appointed and equipped. Decent location with parking which is useful as car is needed. Very clean and comfortable.

Walls are paper thin so could hear everything going on in the main house including young kids. Unfortunately one morning dogs were left unattended and barked in distress for 2 hours made worse by paper thin walls. It took the owner to address this. Couldn’t get TV to work and no instructions. A couple more wine glasses would be handy

It was so simple,just arrive,put the key code in to get the key and in,no messing about with booking in,it was like home from home.. comfortable, would defo 0 book again.

To be honest I couldn't fault it at all

We booked for 3 people therefore we had the sofa bed. The sofa bed itself was comfortable. When we arrived the sofa bed wasn’t made which wasn’t the issue, meant we could use the sofa. It would have just been nice for the bedding to be made up, eg. Pillow cases in pillows and the sheet on the quilt.

The location was good. The photos on the site made it appear that there were two parking spaces at the front, but the neighbour told us only one of us could park there, as he had two vehicles. He advised me to park across the way in the private parking area. Plenty of towels. Shower was good. The sofa bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean.

We couldn't get any channels on the TV other than through the apps. When we clicked on the 'guide' button, we got a message saying 'please scan channels'. We tried multiple times, but couldn't make it work. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard. Ice trays in the freezer would be useful. The curtains in the lounge were very grubby. There didn't appear to be a room thermostat, so we had to keep turning up the stats on the individual radiators to get any heat.

Lovely little place to stay, plenty of space for two people, in a great location for Falmouth.

It was cold and no way to turn up the heating. There was a heater that we could plug in but it didn't really heat up the space much. The walls are very thin and we could hear those next door quite clearly.

It was reasonably quiet and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The temperature throughout the apartment was good for the whole stay.

The apartment smelt of damp when we first walked in. Clothes that I hung up in the bedroom but didn’t end up wearing smelt of damp when I got home and needed washing to get rid of the smell. There were several damp patches on the walls in the bedroom and the living room. The curtains all had stains on. The toilet is wobbly when you sit on it, and feels like it needs properly attaching to the wall. The very first morning, my brother came to visit me with his 3 children. I live in Essex and he lives in Devon, so we don’t get the chance to see each other very often. He parked outside the property in the parking space. We didn’t use it because we travelled by train. We were already exploring Falmouth town so they walked into town and met us for lunch. Within half an hour of his arrival the management company had phoned me and accused me of having 4 people in the property instead of 2. Despite the fact he and his children hadn’t even stepped inside. I was made to feel as if I had done something wrong. They were really not polite at all. This was not a friendly welcome and we felt as if we were being watched for the rest of our visit.
