Nice and spacious, had everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable and warm

Good location with a short walk to the centre of Falmouth. Ideal off street parking to the front of the property and good facilities to match.

Unfortunately the property had damp and mould in the lounge and in the lounge floor to ceiling cupboard as well as the bathroom.

What a lovely little place this was. Not far from the town. You could walk in. If you struggle with the hills walking back the taxi fair was £3.60 which i thought was well worth it because i do struggle with hills. I know they have a washer but not sure if it drys aswel. It has Netflix and other streaamng channels.

Location was good for us as we could easily walk to town or to the beaches. The quality of the bed linen and towels was excellent and the bed was really comfy.

The kitchen and bathroom weren't as clean as they should be. Lots of dust on skirting boards, the plugs holes in the shower and basin were very rusty. The bathroom and kictchen are due for a refurbishment.The fridge freezer is far too big for a kitchen that size and it also wasn't working properly. There is not enough workspace to prepare a meal so perhaps replace the fridge with a smaller one and add some more work space. We had problems getting the TV to show "normal" chanels. One of the dining chairs was wobbly due to loose screws.

The property is in a good location. Approximately 30-40 minute walk to the town. Parking is a positive with a designated space on the drive.

The damp! Literally mould everywhere. The walls are covered. Radiators are even rusty! We only stayed for three nights and on final day, our clothes smelled damp. Bed linen/blankets smelled of damp too. Duvet was too small for a double bed. Toilet seat was loose. Heating is apparently controlled by adjacent property. Cleanliness needs more attention. TV is frankly unusable. Wi-fi is not “super fast” as advised.

Table ok but chairs not very safe .Sofa not comfy . Bed very comfy .
