The heater doesn’t work

As other reviews mentioned, this company is a SCAM!!! Don't book it. The apartment is freezing cold. You can just set the heating up for 2 hours. The heating doesn't work properly and they're expecting you to sort it out. They're blaming guests for it. They did send a maintenance guy that was totally useless and said to us that he hasn't got two hours to test it. I've paid £100 deposit that hasn't been returned. They're ignoring my emails. I've got no choice but to take them to court. SCAMMERS!!!

Tired in places. The apartment could do with redecorating. Very noisy, could hear other people in the other apartments in the building. Had an issue with the owner who wouldn’t return our deposit. The apartment was left how it was found. When we arrived the toilet was blocked. Was used once (only flushed toilet paper) and subsequently wasn’t used for the rest of our stay. Luckily there were two toilets. I let the owner know the issue out of courtesy. We were accused of flushing a sanitary towel down the toilet and as a result lost our deposit. Absolutely appalled by this. Word of advice, don’t stay here unless you are happy to loose your deposit.

Property was in a great location and has been done up very nicely. One of the nicer places I’ve stayed in in Blackpool.

The heating on a short timer was not ideal. Impossible to make the flat warm for returning after being out. No shower gel. Shower water was not hot. Having to pay £100 deposit privately and having to wait to get it refunded.

Lovely apartment. Great location. Very reasonable price.

Some small bits need to be looked at. Would stay again though.

The location was great, very central. The apartment was nicely presented.

We had no heating. It was very cold. When enquired with host they gave a reset instruction which didn't work. Heaters were left, although these were poor & one didn't work. Disappointing.
