Excellent location, very comfortable, loved that we had a living room that we could all relax in and enjoy, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were very pleased with everything about this apartment and had a great stay.

A great apartment with great facilities. The location was spot on and being very central.

There was a couple of the bedside lights that wasn’t working but this was the only issue.

Would have preferred slightly lighter quilt on bed..and softer pillows Double steps down from lounge area to kitchen be aware of especially as dark wooden floors..bit precarious at night if using bathroom

Perfect location, very central and well connected by foot to restaurants, grocery stores, train and bus stations, all within 5 mins of walking distance. Beautiful and huge entire flat, with separate areas for the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining room, and lounge area. Very clean and complete with all facilities we needed including a fridge, microwave, oven, and even a dishwasher. They gave us a lovely basket of goodies including biscuits, cereals, and hot chocolate. They provided us with tea, coffee and milk and there was even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us. There are TVs in every area: the bedroom, lounge, and even the dining room. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We arrived 2 hours early and they let us check in early since the room was ready, and on our last day, they let us leave our bags in their staff room after we checked out and they looked after them until we returned in the afternoon so we were about to visit more villages before we headed home. This has been one of our most favourite stays ever and we will definitely come back.

Location, great base for exploring the Cotwolds.

I have mobility issues, so the walk around when the shop was closed was difficult, but manageable.
