Everything. But the most imp thing that stood out were the staff.. had to extend my stay twice due to work and they were so helpful. Leaving a box of chocolate for u guys hope you'll receive it.

I have been staying for a few years and the apartments are looking tired. The chairs were worn, the bed was not comfortable, the mattress was leaning to one side. The crack in the sink which was there last year looks awful now. Had to fill the bath using the shower as there was v little water flowing.

Convenient location in old town with a supermarket, petrol and good choice of restaurants, takeaways etc nearby. Good size of reception area and bedrooms. Reasonable variety of crockery, utensils, pots, trays etc to prepare meals or snacks. Very clean.

Floors on upper level (double bedroom & bathroom) very loud & squeaky making it awkward if anyone needed the bathroom during the night. External noise from nearby pubs. Front door of block quite fiddly & lock box at apartment took a few attempts to open. A picture was placed on the floor not hung on the wall & one of the kitchen lights was flickering while another wasn't working. If we'd had full occupancy of 6 we would have been a few pieces of cutlery short & not enough comfy lounge seats for everyone. Car parking was quite tight- fortunate to stay over weekend when business in block 2 not open- would have been awkward if all spaces full.

Black mould round the bath, cracked sink, VERY poor running water in bath - I've never seen water run so slowly that the water was going cold before the bath was even an inch filled and large proportion of cups, cutlery and saucepans were dirty. Noise from roads, no double glazing and lots of water / condensation on windows when I arrived. Hole in wall in bedroom.

Facilities, Clean, Comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The lack of hot water. Needed to wait for the tank to refill after running a bath, resulting in the second guest not able to have a shower due to us having a table reservation.
