A lack of places to hang clothes - with only a wardrobe in 1 room and not even a hook on the door to hang coats in the other bedroom we had to share the other guests space.

Great location

No wardrobe or storage in one bedroom. Kitchen lacking in utensils e.g. no scissors, limited cutlery no place mats

The apartment was just lovely. Jay is an awesome host and super helpful!! The location is perfect for utilita arena (we came for a concert) .. and the town centre. We will definitely book with Jay again. X

"Bad owners, decent property"

Great location, generally ok inside.

Be careful!!! Your security deposit will be taken. Very aggressive approach from the owners - daily chasers for a month for a security deposit that had already been paid. £150 charged for a glass of tap water spilled on a sofa!! Having to pursue via credit card company, I could do without the hassle.

Refresh needed of mugs and dishes to match the excellent aspects A few little maintenance things like touch up of paint, repair of fan, would make this truly excellent. But I am very picky. A welcome pack would have been a great added touch.
