"Overall, an enjoyable stay and great location for Monsal Trail, local walks and villages."

Location. Layout of apartment was great, plenty of clothes storage in the bedroom. Nice little lounge and two TVs. Kitchen was well-appointed and modern, and had small dining table. Cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful, offering us clean towels when we spoke to her. Overall, a nicely-converted apartment in a traditional building.

Quite a few spiders and wood lice in the property and there was a slug on the bedroom carpet when we arrived. No ability to separate waste and recycle. No draining board or washing up brush/sponge, despite there being washing up liquid provided. Being able to wash the odd cup up without using the dishwasher would have been handy. Toilet seat was loose. Not major problems, but just a bit of feedback for the owners.

High quality, Very clean. Ample parking. Shower was bliss.

There was nothing wrong but the bed was too soft….personal preference. I like a solid mattress.

A gorgeous location, excellent for hiring bikes and the cafe served delicious well priced food. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Superb to be provided with cold water and fans in the heat. Overall this is an exceptional property and would stay again.

Could do with blackout curtains as the road outside is still busy at night. The sensor in the bathroom needs adjusting, you had you walk completely into the bathroom for it to go on.

"Excellent location great value for money if it was dog friendly we would bring the whole family"

Great base for surrounding walks and for Bakewell etc. cafe next door excellent staff so friendly.

Good location for access to the Monsal Trail and Bakewell. Comfortable accommodation.

Road noise No dish cloths or tea towel provided Difficult to find a parking space when arriving on a busy Saturday.
