Kitchener Cottage Swanage very close to beach

Liz is exceptionally helpful with both property queries and also about the local area. The property is stunning and by far exceeded our expectations. It is probably the most tranquil apartment I have stayed in, even though you are a stones throw from the waterside and all amenities. We left very reluctantly! I would throughly recommend and will definitely return.

off the high street but the garden side so was quiet and peaceful, near the sea, lovely wood burner

no available parking outside but the car park was so close it didn’t matter

The location was excellent for the beach, shops, restaurants and bars but was very quiet. The property looks fabulous inside (even better than the photos) and was very spacious for two people, very comfortable. The bed was huge with quality bedding.

Unfortunately when we were there the WiFi wasn't working. There are quite a few steps to access the property, not an issue for us but may be for some. Walking to the car park becomes more inconvenient in wet weather. May get too hot in very warm weather

Excellent property. Clean, light, bright and roomy. loved the high ceiling. The host Liz was really helpful with an excellent welcome to the property and end of rental.

Parking on site or nearby. Right on sea font. No need to use car. Modern interior, sreal chill out apartment pub down the road does real food breakfast till 12 then menu change at 5.

Seagulls at 5am, I need the windows open, noisy buggers.

Beautiful apartment, right in the centre of Swanage. very convenient location. Very clean.

Next door to a club so we did hear music late at night on a couple of occasions. we were staying during Swanage’s carnival so it may be quieter at other times.
