Fantastic space, would only say the spiral stairs aren’t suitable for anyone with mobility issues but this is clear when booking. Would have liked a mirror over the drawers in the bedroom so that it’s easier to get ready as in apply makeup, do hair etc.

Nothing bad to say about both the accommodation and host, excellent location, really comfortable bed, everywhere was spotless, perfect instructions on finding the place and also getting into the place, Clare was really lovely about any queries. Would 100% stay here again!

The apartment was lovely,so spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were really comfy and Clare couldn't have been a better host,it was easy to check in and her communication was fantastic from the moment we booked. The location was amazing, right in the centre of York which made it super easy to get anywhere we needed on foot.

The property is clean, comfort and space is great.

The stair has a little noise, especially at night time

Amazing apartment, super central location near everything, very pleasant host. 2 spacious rooms on 2 floors, fully equipped kitchen.

It was noisy at night as the apartment is located in a narrow central street and you always have someone standing near the windows and speaking. I even needed to get up at 4am to ask group of people outside to move somewhere as it was simply unbearable.
