Saffron Court by Wycombe Apartments - Apt 12

Beautiful and comfortable appartment that has everything provided. Nearby station and great if you're competing or visiting at the Swan Theatre.

Communication was difficult. I tried contacting them through the Booking app about a possible earlier check in but no reply. I didn't receive a payment link for the deposit until I emailed on our arrival day - which they were very quickly to reply. We haven't received our deposit back yet and I also tried emailinf management about a bracelet I got from my boyfriend I lost, but again, I received no reply. I thoroughly enjoyed the appartment but the communication makes the experience difficult.

The owner/staff was not very responsive. I even asked regarding the free parking and gave my vehicle registration number, but no reply received. They also mentioned that my security deposit will be refunded after 1 day working day, but now it’s already more than 1 week I still haven’t received my deposit back, and still no reply from when I enquired regarding the deposit

Fantastic comms, ease of check in etc

Directions from the train station via the main lot road could be helpful (I followed my navigation app and it took me down an alley that felt a little unsafe!)

It got a little tricky to get the keys bc of the info attachment in the email sent by owner wasn't opening on my phone. But Oliver called quickly to resolve.

Poor communication after check out when i requested the security deposit be refunded. I didn't hear back from the owner nad had to go through booking.com. Even if the whole thing was automated/or not, i don't know, a quick text to say "it will be processed blah blah" would have made all the difference.
