Central Boutique Studio ( With Parking )

Great location to city centre and attractions. As travelling from a distance couldn't say when we would be there but the room was ready early and given code to allow early entrance which was amazing post 4+ hours drive. Room was clean and smelt amazing as you walked in. Bed was comfy. Tea and coffee supplied which was a great touch. Kitchen had everything that was needed. Didn't cook but there was equipment if wanted too. Very quiet during night. Free parking was a huge bonus as York is very expensive to park in !!!

Due to weather room was hot and for safety window didn't open fully there was a fan but we are unable to make work. Could do with a curtain/ blind over window as was very light in the mornings

The location was perfect, we didn’t use the car all weekend. The property was very cosy and the decor was beautiful.

The lack of blinds or curtains at the window made it quite light in the morning.

The property was to a very high standard. The decoration was unique and beautiful. The host decorated on arrival with a few key touches. So thoughtful and appreciated. Helen thought of everything and it was really was an experience. Great host and a fantastic studio! It’s located right in the centre so everything you need is on your doorstep. The bed was so comfortable and a great nights sleep.

Stylish, modern and clean studio that was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the Minster. The attention to detail was superb. Helen was a great host and gave very clear check-in instructions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

It would be a good idea to have the TV on brackets so you can watch it in bed easily. Only had an overhead shower so would be advisable to bring a shower cap if not wanting to wash hair - had to go and buy one specially. The key safe is difficult to open with false nails - lucky my husband was there or wouldn’t have got the keys out 😫

Location was excellent. Accommodation was fantastic.
