The Hive - Unique log cabin with wood burning stove

Perfect for a weekend get away!! Dog friendly garden with great field for an energetic dog! Beautifully clean, great host. Close to areas of natural beauty and long walks!! Will be back!!

Couldn’t fault anything!!

We had the loveliest stay at the Hive. Knowing our two dogs could run around safely and had access to an enclosed field as part of the stay was a huge reassurance and meant we could all relax! Our dogs also loved Vicki and I’m pretty sure would’ve happily moved in with her, they didn’t want to leave this lovely place. Vicki had great recommendations for places to take our dogs and areas to visit. The honesty shop on site was well stocked and we’ve come away with plenty of homemade jams as gifts for family and friends! Thank you again Vicki and Chris for the best stay, we hope to be back soon.

Wir haben uns im The Hive pudelwohl gefühlt! Für uns und unseren reaktiven Hund war es perfekt. Wir konnten morgens die Tür aufmachen und der Hund konnte entspannt in den perfekt eingezäunten großen Garten gehen. Keine Nachbarn in Sichtweite. Das eingezäunte Riesenfeld ganz in der Nähe war ein zusätzliches Highlight. Die Eigentümer haben sehr viel Rücksicht auf unsere Bedürfnisse und die unseres Hundes genommen. Für Menschen wie wir, die mit einem reaktiven Hund reisen alles nicht selbstverständlich.

We had an amazing stay at The Hive! The cabin is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and spotless — everything was exactly as described, if not better. The wood burning stove added a lovely, warm atmosphere, and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were fantastic — super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell they truly care about making their guests feel at home. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in a unique and charming setting. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

It was the little touches that made you feel welcome, info sheet, pint of their milk in the fridge, some Welsh cakes etc

We loved our stay at The Hive and that our Labrador was able to run around freely in the garden and know he was secure. The secure dog feel was also an amazing place for him to run around and explore. The property feels lovely and secluded but is also close to lots of place to explore. Vicki and Chris were excellent hosts and the property was immaculate with lots of homely touches.

Sofa was a little uncomfortable, could have done with a small sidelight over the kitchen area. Nothing that spoilt the stay

Great cosy cabin. Fantastic location in Pembrokeshire.

Lovely location, friendly owners, very informative and helpful. Greeted on arrival and showed us around. On leaving, she wasn't around, but when she saw our car in the lane, she pulled up, and we had a chat and was really kind to our granddaughters.

It rained all day but we still went on the beach!!
