A really lovely flat with all we could need including dishwasher and washing machine. Well furnished and spacious. Host was helpful and checked to make sure we were OK. Perfect location - just opposite the beach.

The accommodation is brilliant, has a beautiful décor, very comfortable beds, and is equipped with everything you could need. Also, it's so close to the beach which also is very lovely and had no pebbles at all.

I think the only thing we missed in the kitchen was a regular sized frying pan, apart from that we absolutely had everything we needed.

The flat had everything you needed.It was clean and comfortable.2 minutes from seafront and shops.No noise from the bar underneath but a great place to eat.

Everything. It was the best holiday flat I have ever rented in 50 years. Perfect location, a few minutes from the beach and shops and restaurants and so spacious, beautifully furnished and you don't hear a sound from the people below because it it so well sound proofed. For comfort, space, feel-good factor, convenience, cleanliness, it's got to be the best not only in Mablethorpe but in any of the many resorts I have ever stayed in. If you get a chance, book this delightful home from home..
