Perfect all in all

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but that’s my preference as I like a foam mattress

Good scenery and peaceful

Not too much to complain about bed could be abit bigger and comfier

very clean, modern and beautiful views.

We were on the middle floor and could hear the footsteps from the room above very loud.

It was very clean, as described and the view off the balcony was brilliant.

The apartments on the whole were nicely located and comfortable, tucked away in a hilly area with lovely views and a couple of nice pubs within walking distance. Easy to find and easy to access, with a great hot tub easy to operate with nice little views over the hills.

There is still building works going on so its a little unfinished at the front, will be nice when all complete. The access steps down to the apartments we stayed in our quite steep and slippy, ok for us youngsters but i wouldn't my parents tackling those stairs to the apartment and further down to the hot tub. The bed was a just a normal double so unless your both of slim build and 5'6 its not the most comfortable. no beside tables either which is nice when you wake up and have a coffee or a tea to wake up too. A few things missing in the room which would have made all the difference. No wine glasses but we made do with a couple of champagne glasses instead, could do with a few bit of glassware and cutlery items and some plastic glasses for use around the hot tub. The sofa had a recline function but the plug was missing so we couldn't use it .

It was nicely decorated and a good location to get to hebden bridge , nice and spacious, heating worked great

We deliberately booked the room with the spa bath as we aren't into hot tubs but because the water was from an immersion heater not a combi boiler the hot water ran out really quickly. So quickly I had to have a cold shower after my missus had one spa bath and could then only have a shower in the morning There were wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke alarm should have been and the towel rail was hanging off the wall, the TV next to the spa bath did not work at all... and im not an idiot I know how to operate a TV The light on the vanity unit also didn't work I bet this place was lovely when it first open but is in need of some TLC , especially considering the price Also the stairs for the upstairs apartments ran directly over the bed. It was like sleeping under a drum and really needs some sound insulation fitting

I booked the forest-view room with a hot tub and had an amazing two-night stay overall. The jacuzzi was fantastic, although it did need filtering as the water got dirty, and no instructions were provided on how to do this. The only downside was the bed it was quite small and not very comfortable. If the bed were larger, the experience would have been even better. The walls were also very thin; at night you could hear creaking from the apartment above, especially early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. On the positive side, the owner was very responsive and available to answer any questions quickly. The view is absolutely stunning, although unfortunately it was rainy and foggy during my stay. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would happily return and book again if the bed was upgraded.
