Very spacious, kitchen good apart from the oven didn't work.

Bathroom poor, hot water taps didn't work properly. Mould around bath. Whole bathroom needs updating Smell of mould and tobacco throughout

A bit on the expensive side but the place surely delivers for the comfy stay. Clean enough.

Broken fridge. We tried looking for the plug. Still didn't work.

It was in a good, quiet location.

TV sound is muffled, it is really very old. There were three of us. Both of the main futon bed and sofa bed were very thin & uncomfortable. The sofa was old, it sunk down in the middle, if two people sat on it. We were then told to actually buy toilet paper, I messaged to ask where there might be more within the suite to replace the one roll. It ran out in the evening. They said they only provide some to start off with! It was the most inconvenient thing to have to buy while you are paying to stay at a place, especially when we were only there three nights. The parking lot was empty, but we were advised to park on the street.

location was amazing and the property had everything we needed! Would absolutely stay again! Very homely and a great stay all together!

Location very central to Cotswolds

Sofa bed impossible to sleep on. Ended up sleeping on the floor whilst my wife moved to the nearby hotel. Requested a proper mattress from host. Instead they provided a matress cover which was completely useless.
