Ideal location for Perth city centre. Walking distance to Art Gallery, Museum, theatre and cinema. Really liked that there was on site parking and that house was in a very quiet area.

"Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Situated in the heart of Perth it suited our requirements."

Location was ideal for our requirements. 10 minute walk to centre of town and a stones throw to the local supermarket. House and garden were secluded although next to a busy thoroughfare.

It suited our needs perfectly, so can’t think of a negative.
