The location was good for my needs.
Could not plug in bedside lamp (European plug) The light to help find the key box made No1 invisible. Had to use my phone torch. No instructions (so, no access) to wifi or heating operations No handbook Bathroom door handle came off. Reported. Not repaired. Provided a hair dryer but nowhere with a mirror to see what you were doing Lid came off the bin when pedal operated - not fixed on Spoke to host by phone but never met her (considering she was on site and I was alone female traveller)

kettle could do with a descale and no welcome letter with general info, eg WIFI (had to message property to enquire)

Breakfast bar was nice, just a few breakfast bars, milk, juice and cereal! Pretty town near the centre, within walking distance to the local train station. Host is very responsive and was happy to clarify questions.
No oven in there, but that’s about it - room was a little warm but it was also a heatwave that weekend!

really nicely hidden at the back of the property giving you privacy. we had everything we needed and more. always love coming to stay at the Oak Tree. perfect location, close to town. shop is just around the corner and restaurants are about 10-15 minutes walk away. i read some reviews about the sofa bed being very uncomfortable but to be honest I slept well. the studio was clean and well equipped. it seems like they think of everything anybody could possibly need. staff is very friendly and welcoming.
