"Lovely flat once you get up the stairs."

The flat was clean, warm and well equipped, and the check-in arrangements were very convenient. Tea/coffee and biscuits were most welcome when we arrived, especially as the weather was terrible and we were cold and wet. The laundry facilities were also much appreciated as we'd been travelling for some time before arriving here.

While the details say that the property is only accessible by stairs, it was actually at the top of two very long staircases, equivalent in total to 4 flights in a normal house. Since we're both in our 70s, we did find it a struggle to get our stuff in and out. Also the shower is very small - I'm a size 20 and could only just fit, while my husband would have damaged the doors and himself if he'd tried to squeeze in. This apartment is best enjoyed by those who are young, slim and fit!

Great flat with everything you need . Comfortable and clean and near to attractions of Jedburgh. Parking outside door on road or in private car park at back of building.
