The communication was perfect. We received a very clear message with instructions that it was impossible to miss it. It was very easy to find. The property was really lovely, clean, comfy, amazing location. It's very clear when hosts put their heart on it and they want to keep their visitors happy. They even had milk in the fridge. The garden was magical! We spent lovely time there. We're going back again. I would highly recommend it! Thank you for making our stay so special!

The Studio Apartment is absolutely perfect, two separate room, the main room with kitchen fully equipped, dining table, great garden views, on suite bathroom. We stayed with our daughter, grandchild, they had baby gates, baby chair, cot, could not ask for more! The host is very accommodating, we have stayed in many apartments, this is again exceptional and remote from main town, which is only 8 minutes away,

The setting is so beautiful, the accommodation was clean, comfy, very well equipped and well situated for trips to Cromer and the surrounding area. We stayed over for one night and wished we could have stayed longer. Graham sent us What Three Words location information which was invaluable for finding the studio.

Easy access and parking and lovely grounds. Milk, tea & coffee provided. Well equipped for cooking etc. A shower room and separate toilet. Very friendly host.

A cloth to wipe kitchen surfaces would have been helpful.
