Chic and Bright Apartment Near the Water

The host provided plenty of information before the stay which made arriving at the property very easy. It was clean.

Unfortunately, even though the flat was not bad, there are a lot of small details that really impacted our experience. The biggest issue is that there was not proper blind in the bedroom that was opening directly onto a corridor lit 24/7 so it was never dark in the room. The bed was disappointing: very slim mattress and bedding that felt cheap. There was no shelf in the bathroom for our stuff or toiletry bag. None of the soap bottles had been refilled so they were almost empty. No hook in the entrance for our coats. We were also instructed to sort our rubbish but there was only one bin in the flat (and no extra bin bags although we were staying for an entire week). So I had to carry all our recycling downstairs by hand, only to discover that there was no recycling bin in the building (I even asked a resident). That was frustrating. It felt like only the bare minimum was done and we were disappointed, especially after the very professional welcome emails that we received. We actually left before the end of the trip to go to a hotel, as we really wanted a comfy bed and a dark bedroom.

The vibe of the apartment was so welcoming and cosy. The location was brilliant and the place had everything I needed as well as being quiet. The hosts were so helpful and welcoming through their communication and little touches in the way they'd set up the apartment. Can't wait to stay again.

The walkways outside the apartment needed a little TLC but this was nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Spacious, bright and clean

It was clean and there was plenty of space with everything in both the wardrobe and cupboards. Bus stop right in front of the building and a co-op right up the street. The owners were really nice and kept me up-to-date over text about everything I needed and were open to help with any questions I had. A document was provided that had everything explained in it from where to take out the trash to recommendations for food which was all very useful. Everything you need for cooking etc. was provided as well as a few laundry pots and kitchen wipes.

The only "complaint" I have is that the elevator buttons on the floor we were on weren't working as well as the light in the atrium was on all night long which was a bit annoying so the bedroom was never really dark but that's all.

Convenient for work, bright and clean apartment. Good facilities for cooking and near to a number of areas to walk in.

Perfect for what I needed while visiting Plymouth. Smart TV, all cooking utensils I needed so I didn't need to eat out at restaurants/fast food during my stay and a comfy bed. The host was very informative and kept me up to date about anything in relation to the property. Would definitely stay again.

There was some light leaking into the bedroom from the Atrium and I'd prefer the room to be pitch black for sleeping. But that's more my preference rather than at the fault of the host.

Location was ok, But not a lot to do without a drive to get to some decent places to eat, But still relatively close and beautiful areas within a 10 min drive and some lovely golf courses in the area was a bonus

Everything. I appreciated the cider and bag of crisps. Definitely makes this property stand out from any others. It's located minutes away from the ferry's stops and local shops.
