"Exceptional"

The flat was very clean and cozy, with all the kitchen appliances I needed. I also really appreciated the message letting me know the heating was turned on before my arrival, it was a very thoughtful touch and made me feel welcome. Apartment was warm which was important during winter.Overall, I had a very good experience.

With check-in at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00, the stay felt quite short for the price paid (£336 for around 42 hours). The early check-out made the departure feel a bit rushed. More flexible timings would really improve comfort and value for guests.

The apartment was bright and spacious. Well equipped kitchen, secure parking and easy access to the beach. Host was very quick when responding to questions. Quiet area, we could really relax.

We would of loved a few coffee pods to go with the coffee machine, and also some instructions on how to use the machine. In the bath, the water escapes slowly even when the plug is in. It may be time to upgrade the lounge tv.

The property was amazing! So clean and spacious. 2 big bedrooms. Two lovely bathrooms. Towels provided as well. Lovely open plan living room, diner and kitchen. With all the amenities. Washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and everything else. And then the balcony!! The view off the sea is amazing. 5 minutes drive into Newquay town centre. But the walk is amazing. You can walk along the beach (if the tide is out) or along the little footpath that runs above the beach. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes. But well worth it.
